Alexander Herrfurth covers the entire range of real estate law, both in the fields of public law as well as private law. He has a special focus also in the area of public law on representing clients in disputes with public authorities and administrative appeals proceedings (Widerspruchsverfahren) as well as litigation before the courts.

He has broad expertise both in real estate transactions, development projects, joint ventures and other matters involving the real estate industry as well as in supporting construction projects, from the issuance of the building permit to completion.
