Dr. Andreas Starcke

Andreas Starcke covers the entire area of intellectual property law and copyright. His main practice involves fair competition law, trademarks and designs, including, for example, the legal examination of advertising concepts, preparing license agreements and providing support when registering trademarks or design rights.

He represents clients before the courts and out of court, both as plaintiffs when enforcing rights and as defendants when defending against claims.
