Cay Fürsen provides services in the entire range of intellectual property with a special focus on trademarks and fair competition law. He has extensive experience in handling unjustified as well as justified cease and desist letters and enforcing cease and desist claims, claims for information and claims for damages in the case of trademark infringements and violations of fair competition law. His practice also includes establishing brand strategies as well as developing, supporting and examining advertising campaigns and license contracts.

Additional areas in his practice involve IT law, civil law and contracts as well as litigation.
