We are looking for lawyers (m/f/d) with and without professional experience to strengthen our Corporate / M&A team.
Corporate law is one of our core competencies. Our clients include start-ups, traditional medium-sized companies, and large multinational corporations, some of whom we have been advising for several decades. Our advice is characterized by the highest quality and practical solutions.

We regularly assist with company formations, corporate transactions, and restructurings across a range of industries, including those with international aspects. Drafting corporate contracts and providing corporate housekeeping services for our clients are an integral part of our daily work. In addition, we represent our clients in and out of court in corporate disputes.
As part of our team, you will be the direct contact person for clients, handle complex issues, and, in addition to providing ongoing corporate law advice, take on project management tasks on your own responsibility. Of course, you will be supported by our experienced lawyers during your training. Teamwork is a matter of course for us.
