ONLY THE BEST LOOK FOR US.
FOR A GOOD REASON.

Since our founding, we have provided comprehensive legal counsel in the healthcare sector. Our firm and the attorneys in this practice area are recommended in all leading professional and business publications for their work. We lead the legal proceedings and develop the solutions that are discussed nationwide, and we advise clients across the entire spectrum of the healthcare industry. JUVE has recently recognized this achievement with a nomination for “Law Firm of the Year” in the regulated industries category.

To strengthen our team, we are seeking attorneys (m/f/d) to focus on “outpatient care.” This practice area encompasses the establishment, acquisition, and sale of medical practices and medical care centers of all sizes—ranging from simple practice purchases to joining and leaving medical partnerships, as well as advising physicians or investors on complex transactions. Ideally, you have professional experience in the law governing contract physicians, corporate law for the healthcare professions, and/or the structuring of medical partnerships.

With us, you’ll serve as the direct point of contact for clients and won’t be working in the “back office.” You will advise and represent our clients on all matters of contract law for physicians and corporate law for the healthcare professions, participate in complex projects and transactions, and independently draft and negotiate purchase, corporate, and cooperation agreements. You will represent our clients’ interests both in and out of court, as well as before associations of panel physicians and licensing bodies.
You will receive support from our experienced attorneys, particularly during your initial training period. Teamwork is a given at our firm. In addition to above-average compensation, we offer ample opportunities for your professional and personal development, including participation in continuing education programs and—if you do not already hold one—the opportunity to earn a relevant specialty bar certification (e.g., Specialist in Medical Law).

Your profile:

  • Interest in the full spectrum of medical and health law, particularly law governing contracted physicians, corporate law for the healthcare professions, and contract drafting
  • Ideally, several years of professional experience in medical and health law or related fields
  • Two honors degrees
  • Doctorate (or intended doctoral degree)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Business fluent in English
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and commercial understanding
  • Enjoyment of the legal profession

Our benefits for lawyers (m/f/d)

  • Above average remuneration
  • A varied and responsible role in the healthcare sector with the opportunity to develop your own areas of focus
  • Real partnership opportunity
  • Support for doctoral studies, specialist lawyer, notary or tax advisor training
  • Compatibility of career and family, e.g., through individual part-time models
  • Open door policy
  • In-house gym
  • We strive to be at the forefront of technology as well. With us, you’ll have access to the leading AI software and be able to use the in-house solutions (prompts, playbooks) and databases developed specifically for your work. We’ll train you and look forward to your ideas and creativity as we continue to develop our AI tools.

If you are interested in your personal development and becoming part of our team, we look forward to receiving your application.
