We are looking for lawyers (m/f/d) with and without professional experience to strengthen our Corporate / M&A team.
Corporate law is one of our core competencies. Our clients include start-ups, traditional medium-sized companies and large multinational corporations, some of which we have been providing legal advice to for several decades. Our advice is characterized by the highest quality and practical solutions.
We regularly advise on company formations, corporate transactions and restructurings across all sectors, including those with a foreign element. The volume of transactions we advise on each year is regularly in the three-digit million euro range. Drafting corporate law contracts and corporate housekeeping for our clients are an integral part of our day-to-day work. In addition, we represent our clients in and out of court in corporate law disputes.

As part of our team, you will be the direct contact person for clients, deal with complex issues and, in addition to providing ongoing corporate law advice, you will also be responsible for project management tasks. Of course, you will be supported by our experienced lawyers as part of your induction. Teamwork is a matter of course for us.
