Collection, processing and use of personal data

We collect personal data when you voluntarily provide these data to us in the course of establishing contact with us using our contact form. We store and use data you enter in the contact form, such as first name and last name as well as email address, for the purpose of individual communication with you. We ask you not to send confidential information with the contact form since the transmission of data with this form is not encrypted.

We process your data based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (EU General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter, “GDPR”).

You have the right to revoke any consent granted at any time with effect for the future. The revocation does not affect the lawfulness of the data processing based on your consent before the revocation was received. After receipt of the revocation, we shall not process your data based on your consent.

Right to rectification, completion, limitation: You can require the rectification or completion of incorrect or incomplete data concerning you. If there are legal obligations to retain personal data, you have the right to restrict the processing.

Right to erasure: You can require the erasure of personal data concerning you if you revoke your consent.
