Marco Schneider advises the entire spectrum of real estate law with a focus on commercial tenancy law and private construction law.

He is specialized in drafting and negotiating commercial leases, advising on real estate transactions, joint ventures and construction projects as well as advising on other real estate related law issues (including brokerage law).

In addition to his advisory and drafting work, Marco Schneider has many years of experience in civil court proceedings.
