Dr. Thomas Schmeing

Thomas Schmeing advises on the entire spectrum of corporate law with a particular focus on the design and structuring of corporate groups (including their corporate governance and compliance management systems). He has particular expertise in stock corporation law (AG, SE, KGaA) and family business law. 

He also provides ongoing advice on M&A transactions and the design of private equity and venture capital structures.

Another focus of his work is the resolution of (corporate) legal disputes (including litigation) and general commercial law, in particular the drafting and negotiation of contracts along the value chain.
