Thanks to his many years of experience as an in-house lawyer specializing in labor law at a large DAX-listed company, Thomas Vogtmeier always keeps the perspective of HR managers in mind, taking into account the strategic orientation of the business, and is valued for his pragmatic approach to consulting.

One focus of his consulting services is restructuring measures, which in particular also includes strategic planning and conducting negotiations with works councils. Thomas Vogtmeier also has special expertise in supporting transfers of companies.
