Rainer Burghardt advises mid-sized companies in all core areas of their operational business. He also deals with all legal issues of entrepreneurial families. His work focuses on projects that require in-depth knowledge of accounting, tax and employment law, as well as the coordination of corresponding teams of experts. Current mandates focus on mechanical engineering and engine technology, food retailing and catering, and the security industry.

Rainer Burghardt has accordingly been able to establish structures aimed at optimizing efficiency into corporate practice at short notice, such as the European Stock Corporation (Societas Europaea, “SE”) for group management, all kinds of transformation measures, cross-border cash pools, M&A projects in the national and cross-border area as well as structural issues involving Industry 4.0.
