During your clerkship at SOH, you will be able to work in all areas of commercial law. We will provide you with the training you need, e.g,. in corporate law, M&A, real estate law, employment law, IT law, trade mark law, design and copyright law, public or medical law.
Important for you to know: We can help you prepare for your State Examination. We cooperate with Kaiserseminare GbR | Juristisches Repetitorium für Referendare. You can choose from a wide range of courses and tests to prepare for the 2nd State Examination.
