Dr. Florian Michallik

Florian Michallik advises on all aspects of real estate law in connection with the acquisition, creation of building rights, construction, use and subsequent exploitation of real estate.

He has a particular expertise in the area of project development and has been advising major retail companies, logistics companies, hospital operators and housing companies on the creation of building rights and the subsequent implementation of the project for more than ten years.

Florian Michallik is active in political lobbying at federal and state level. He regularly gives training courses and is the author of specialist literature on the subject.
