Almut Gathmann advises on individual and collective employment law. She is particularly experienced in drafting employment contracts and remuneration schemes tailored to the needs of her clients, as well as employee guidelines. She also advises on transfers of undertakings and restructurings. Working time models and part-time entitlements are further areas in which she specializes. Additionally, she is an expert in employee data protection.
