Christian Mehrens advises on the entire spectrum of individual and collective employment law, with a particular focus on restructuring measures, corporate transactions and transfers of undertakings, as well as assisting in labour and pension law litigation.

He has in-depth knowledge of works constitution and collective bargaining law as well as the law of co-determination. Christian Mehrens also advises on board and executive matters, such as the drafting of employment contracts (including their termination), remuneration systems and company pension schemes.

He has extensive experience in advising on employment and pension disputes and conciliation board proceedings.
