Dr. Jochen Lehmann

Jochen Lehmann advises on the entire spectrum of corporate law, with a particular focus on the structuring and restructuring of medium-sized and large (in particular owner-managed) groups of companies, usually organised as limited liability companies or partnerships (including their corporate governance).

He also regularly advises on M&A transactions and the design of private equity and venture capital structures.

Furthermore, Jochen Lehmann advises on the establishment of complex compliance management systems and on financial services law issues.
