Dr. Till Wegmann

Till Wegmann advises companies on all aspects of employment law, with a focus on restructuring measures, corporate transactions, outsourcing and integration projects as well as co-determination in this context.

He has a particular expertise in designing and conducting negotiations with works councils and unions regarding works agreements, reconciliations of interests, social plans and collective agreements.

He has extensive experience in the implementation of measures and the conduct of conciliation proceedings and labor disputes.

Another focus of his work is advising executive boards, managing directors and supervisory boards on the conclusion, extension and termination of employment contracts, including issues of directors’ liability.
