Cay Fürsen advises on the entire spectrum of intellectual property law, with a particular focus on trademark and competition law. He has extensive experience in advising on and dealing with unjustified as well as justified warnings and in enforcing claims for injunctions, disclosure and damages for trademark and competition infringements. His practice also includes the development of trademark strategies and the development, advice and review of advertising campaigns and licensing agreements.
