Heiko Zieske advises and represents companies in all areas of individual and collective labor law. One focus of his work is on judicial and extrajudicial advice, in particular on issues of co-determination within the company as well as the implementation and termination of employment relationships.

His work also includes the drafting of agreements under employment law, especially service contracts and employment contracts. Heiko Zieske has particular expertise in the scope of application of the collective agreements of the public sector as well as the private sector.
