Dr. Andreas Starcke

Andreas Starcke advises on all aspects of intellectual property law. He specialises in competition, trademark and design law. This includes, for example, the legal assessment of advertising concepts, the drafting of license agreements or assistance with the registration of trademarks or designs.

Andreas Starcke represents clients in and out of court, both on the asset side in enforcing their rights and on the liability side in defending claims.

He has experience in litigation in the fields of competition, design and trademark law, including the conduct of official opposition proceedings.
