Recently, Felix Aden has advised on transactions in the pharmaceutical and medical technology industries and on the outsourcing of IT services. On an ongoing basis, Felix Aden advises on IT law and  digitalization issues.

Felix Aden has extensive experience in commercial litigation (e.g., price adjustment proceedings in the IT industry, post M&A disputes) before state courts and arbitration tribunals (DIS, ICC).
