Dr. Stefan Bäune

Stefan Bäune has been advising on all aspects of medical law and healthcare, sports law and foundation law since 2002.

In the area of medical and healthcare law, his work focuses on assisting and advising on the succession of medical practices, structuring medical co-operations including medical care centres, and advising hospitals and health insurance companies. He also frequently acts as arbitrator in arbitration proceedings. He is a recognised expert in medical and health law through numerous publications and lectureships, as well as a teaching position at the Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf, which he has held for more than ten years.

In the field of sports law, Stefan Bäune mainly advises in the area of professional football, but also has experience in representing individual athletes in other sports.

He is also active in foundation law. His work in this regard ranges from advising on the establishment of foundations to providing comprehensive advise to nationally renowned foundations.
