Torben Götz advises on all aspects of medical and health law, with a particular focus on hospital law, the law governing doctors and dentists, and public procurement law, especially as it relates to health industry players.

Torben Götz also has many years of experience in tobacco law and in dealing with doctor ratings on the internet. He is very experienced as a litigator.
