Dr. Maximilian Guntermann

Maximilian Guntermann advises companies on Corporate Law, Labour Law and Antitrust Law. His practice focuses on the set-up, transfer and conversion of companies.

He advises and represents companies in all legal matters of employment law, in particular the management, supervisory and advisory boards on the conclusion and termination of employment contracts, including issues of directors’ and officers’ liability.

Furthermore, he advises on antitrust issues and assists companies in the context of regulatory merger control. He has particular expertise in the area of ESG compliance.
